From a legal point of view, you have a 14-day cooling-off period for 'remote buying'. Within these 14 days you have the right to request a refund. You do not have to give a reason for this, although we are naturally always curious about your opinion. Because membership is a subscription, you do use part of your purchase amount. As an example: you take a 1-month membership. After 10 days you change your mind and ask for your money back. You have used up 10 days, so you get the amount of the remaining 21 days back. Your membership will be canceled. If the 14 days have expired, the legal reflection period has expired.
