Rules of conduct

Using the services of Findl means that you agree with the following rules:

- be neat and polite at all times
- publicly post only photos of yourself, no nude
- respect the privacy of other members, their data and their photos
- children are not allowed in any photos (including private photos)
- do not impersonate anyone, or create a fake identity
- it is not allowed to share material from this website elsewhere
- spamming and advertising other services is not allowed
- do not abuse the facilities offered in any way

Violation of the rules will result in termination of your membership, without reimbursement of your subscription costs.

Prices

Beside the free subscription there is only 1 paid Premium membership type.

You can purchase this Premium membership in 3 different flavors:
- 1 month € 1.99
- 3 months € 4,99
- 6 months € 8,99


Payments are one-time. If your Premium subscription ends, you go back to a free account, and you will have to renew manually.

Returns and refunds

After a purchase your Findl Premium membership will start immediately.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your Premium membership purchase, then you have 14 days to change your mind.
If you change your mind, you will get a refund for unused part of your membership. The part of your Premium subscription that you have already used, will not be refunded.
For example: you have purchased a 1 month membership, but after 1 week you change your mind, you will get a refund for the remaining 3 weeks.

Age restrictions

Minors are admitted from 16 years of age under the following restrictions:
- minors cannot set their profile to "public"
- adults (older than 18) can not contact minors
- only members who fall within the search criteria of minors (age, gender, etc.) can contact them

This way we try to create a safer environment.
